What Is The Sales Channel Dashboard?
The Sales Channel Dashboard is a feature we developed for our fulfillers to access to view their orders at a glance. This means that users who have many fulfillers working with them can take a look at the dashboard and they can see orders for that day, that week, this year and finally any outstanding that need to be checked. An example of this is shown below.
How Can I Access The Sales Channel Dashboard?
To Access the Sales Channel Dashboard, simply head to "Sales" and select the option "Sales Channel". This has been shown below for you.
Please note this is VERY selective on who can access this - for more information please speak to either your explainer onboarder or support team and we can see if this is a feature you can use and if you even need this. Its best for Organisations that may work with multiple Fulfillers or Retialers.
