Hermes Shipping Integration

Hermes Shipping Integration

If you do not already have a Hermes account you can easily get one by completing the simple form by clicking the green 'request more details' button on this link. A representative from Hermes will be in touch to set up an account taking advantage of our specially agreed OMS shipping rates.

UPDATE 29-01-2019 The Hermes Integration now supports both "Standard" and "Next Day" by default as valid methods in OMS now and "Next Day" will pass the correct service request to Hermes

UPDATE 06-06-2019 The Hermes Integration now allows settings for sending value and weight for orders being delivered outside of the United Kingdom. Older companies need to have "Use Advanced Shipping Services" ticked in their advanced settings to utilise this.
ENSURE YOUR PRODUCTS IN CPP HAVE VALID WEIGHTS SET IN ECOMMERCE DATA - IF NO WEIGHTS ARE SET THEN "0" WILL BE SENT TO HERMES AND THIS WILL DEFAULT TO MORE EXPENSIVE PARCEL METHODS

OMS can integrate with Hermes' shipping API so that when an item is dispatched using a scan point, a shipment is created in Hermes' system and an official Hermes shipping label is created for the user. You must have an account with Hermes before you can configure a shipping integration.
